Church Logo Symbol Stands For: Red/Blood The base of the Pyramid is red, representing blood--running through veins and arteries as the lifeline of our physical bodies and the lifeline of the Body of Christ. The blood (Members) works with the veins and arteries (Deacons Deaconesses) to keep everything flowing to sustain the Body of Christ. Blue/Water The second level is blue, representing water lubricating the veins and arteries and keeping th blood thin and free-flowing. In order to keep smooth sailing within the Church, the water (Ministerial staff, including Reverends, Elders, Bishops, and Overseer's staff) must not be rough. Being harsh to the ear, uncivil, without comforting words, turbulent, not exact, or trying causes clotting of the blood (Members) and blockage in the veins and arteries (Deacons/Deaconesses) of the Church. In order for the Church to run smoothly, the Ministerial staff of the Church must be even-surfaced, gently flowing, having an even consistency, calm, and unobstructed. Green/Spirit The third level is green, representing the spirit--emanating divine energy from the personality of God, the Divinity of God, and the teachings of God. The spirit possesses intelligence, self-consciousness, and self-determination, having knowledge and sovereignty. The spirit level of the Church (Overseers) is subordinate to God, operating under the divine guidance of God as the Head of the Church. The spirit gives life--physical, mental and moral. When all other levels are in order and functioning properly, the spirit is buoyed. White/Christ The peak of the Pyramid is white--representing Christ, which symbolizes purity and victory. Christ is pure and there is victory in Jesus. The General Overseer leads the Church spiritually through the direction and guidance of the divine head, which is Christ. Gold/Ship of Zion The Ship of Zion is gold--representing the sacred ornaments and vessels of gold found in the Bible. The ship carries the Pyramid (Church) on its spiritual journey to Zion, the City of God. The hand of God upholds the ship. |
